Shipping and Returns Policy
HOW MUCH DO SHIPMENTS COST AND HOW LONG DO THEY TAKE TO ARRIVE?
At LOLA Barcelona, all shipments to the Spanish mainland are free for orders over 30 euros. Rates and delivery times by region:
ATTENTION: During the month of August, shipments may experience some delays due to the shipping company. You can check the tracking number or write to us if there are any problems.
- SPAIN
- Peninsula: €2.50 - FREE for orders over €30 - Delivery within 48-72 business hours
- Balearic Islands: €3.70 - FREE for orders over €40 - Delivery in 5-6 business days
- Canary Islands: €6 - FREE for orders over €50 - Delivery takes approximately 7 business days.
- Ceuta and Melilla: we do not ship.
- PORTUGAL : €5.90 - FREE for orders over €50 - Delivery in 5-7 business days.
- FRANCE AND GERMANY: €9.90 - FREE for orders over €50 - Delivery in 5-7 business days.
- EUROPE ( Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Sweden ) : Shipping €20. FREE SHIPPING for orders over €120. Delivery in 5-7 business days.
- EUROPE ( Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Czech Republic, Luxembourg ): Shipping cost is €13. FREE SHIPPING for orders over €80. Delivery in 5-7 business days.
- OTHER AREAS: We are not currently shipping, but we are working to improve this as soon as possible.
We can't guarantee delivery times during busy times, especially during special times like Christmas, Black Friday, national holidays, or one-off promotions. Thank you for your understanding!
Orders placed on a weekday before 12:00 p.m. are prepared and shipped the same day so you can receive them within the specified timeframe.
All purchases made after 12:00 p.m. will be processed the following day. On weekends or holidays, orders are processed the following business day. Delivery time is counted from the time the order leaves our warehouse until it arrives at the indicated address. You will be able to confirm when your order has been shipped when you receive the email confirming shipment.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WHEN THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED?
The carriers will attempt to deliver the order to the address provided by the customer. If the recipient cannot be reached at the location indicated in the order, the shipping agency will leave your package at the nearest collection point (Parcel Shop). The company will send a notification via email or SMS so you can locate your package and pick it up at the Parcel Shop.
If the package has not been picked up within 10 business days of the first delivery attempt, it will be returned to our offices. We will automatically refund the full amount of your purchase within 10 business days of receiving your order, excluding the costs incurred for shipping and returning the package. If, on the other hand, you have not received a notification, please send us an email and we will help you locate your package.
When we receive a return that wasn't ordered by the customer, we'll call you to confirm that you'd like to receive it and reship it to you.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MAKING A PURCHASE?
We're all human! And mistakes happen, so if this is your case, don't hesitate to email us at info@lola-bacelona.com and we'll try to resolve it as soon as possible, free of charge, if possible due to time constraints and organizational constraints with our shipping agency. We can't guarantee we'll be able to resolve it if we don't have enough time, but we'll try our best.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Have you seen the movie "You've Got an Email?" That's it. You'll receive a nice email after placing your order with a tracking link so you can track your package, find all the shipping company details, and find their contact phone number.
We know you're as excited as we are, and we want you to receive it as soon as possible. But if anything happens, remember you can always contact us at Info@lola-barcelona.com.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you aren't, we'll refund your full purchase price or exchange it for another product, subject to the following conditions:
Products must be returned within 15 calendar days from the date the customer receives the order.
Products must be returned in their original box/packaging.
The product may have been tested but should be practically full.
To return a product, send us an email to info@lola-barcelona.com with the order number, and we will contact you.
WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE WHEN RETURNING A PRODUCT?
You have different return options:
Full refund of the amount paid.
Replacing the same reference.
Replacement of a substitute product. If the new product is priced at a lower price, we will cover the difference. If the product is priced at a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Refunds typically take approximately 2-3 business days to appear in your account.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
